To discover the Lak lake richness, we offer you today a little walk from LAK Tented Camp towards the hamlets of Nau and M’lieng. Along the farmers, buffaloes and elephants tracks on the lake shore you will discover the authentic rhythm of fishermen and farmers lives and maybe even meet mahouts leading their elephant to the forest. Through the rice fields and streams, following hedges, coffee, corn and cassava fields, clumpses, you will enjoy, at the peaceful pace of walk the charms of this region, the lake hidden side where cars cannot access.
Once in the village, you will be welcome by villagers to share tea and talk. With the help of our guide/interpreter they can explain you all the secrets of their ancestral culture. Let yourself be tempted by this incursion into another world, the opposite of big cities hustle and bustle.
